Role & responsibilities 1. To Identify upcoming projects in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Odisha. 2. Preparing pre bid queries and attend pre bid meetings. 3. Correspondence with Clients / Consultants during the bidding stage. 4. Study of the Tender documents for preparing salient features and suggest pre bid meeting points. 5. Identifying key Clients, Consultants & Architects and maintaining continuous relations for market information of upcoming opportunities 6. Preparation and submission of pre- qualification documents. 7. Estimation of quantities and costing for the Bids considering design aspects & Cost Parameters. 8. Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects 9. Documentation for the projects already taken and future projects to be taken for strategy building. 10. Regular Track of various website, newspapers for upcoming opportunities 11. Assisting BD Head in day-to-day activities. Preferred candidate profile B.E/B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 8-12 years of experience from a reputed institute with good academic performance. Should have good presentation skill and language proficiency Min 8 years in the field of Business Development / Tenders and Contracts Proficiency in computer applications. Knowledge of MSP, Primavera etc.
