Job Description

Job title: Area Sales Manager

Location:

Working Schedule:

Days: 5.5 days with 2nd and 4th Saturday off
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

Office location:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and refine sales strategies to maximize market share and exceed sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate hospital doctors. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance client loyalty and retention.
Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.
Keep updated with regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, CE, local health authorities).
Stay informed about the latest medical device products and technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for growth and market penetration, sharing valuable insights with senior management.
Track and analyze Sales Performance data. Prepare Sales reports, forecasts and presentations for senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and drive results.

Qualification and Skills required:

Bachelor's degree in pharma, business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
Proven Sales experience of minimum 1 - 3 years in dealing with Medical devices or Pharma segment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholder.
