Position :- Area Sales Manager Location :- Responsible for specific HQ Reporting to :- RSM / ZSM Team :- 5-6 SE Salary :- 600000 /- CTC + 350000 Variable + TA(Rs.9/Km) + DA Experience :- 5- 10 Years (Animal Feed/Agri-Inputs/Veterinary/Dairy) Qualification :- Preference to MBA(Sales/Marketing) / B.Sc (Agriculture) Age- 30 yrs to 45 Yrs Area Sales Manager JD : • Developing potential market for Cattle Feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers and analyse competitors ' activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Tiwana Cattle Feed. • Appointment & development of Distributors channels • Hiring, training and coaching team members of different location as per the company’s vision. • Setting sales targets for individual SO and your team as a whole • To maintain and increase sales of company's products. • Achieving the targets and goals set in your area • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base • Servicing the needs of our existing customers • To increase business opportunities in the market • To ensure implementation of Company strategies in the field • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself • Customer feedback and market research • To suggest & implement brand promotional activities.
