Responsibilities:

• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
• Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
• Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinating the hiring end-to-end process.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Handle internal verification processes as required.
• Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in human resource management
• 1- 3 years of experience is required
• Knowledge of recruitment and its full cycle.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team
• Efficiency in time management
• Able to handle work pressure
