About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple corporate functions, with a strong focus on

    Commercial Underwriter

    hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in

    corporate recruitment

    (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in hiring for

    Commercial Underwriter

    or BFSI-related roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a

    1:00 PM IST shift

    to align with global teams.


Compensation

  • CTC:

    Up to ₹8 LPA (Fixed – No negotiation)
