Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily
candidate sourcing and calling
to identify and engage potential hires.
Screen and shortlist resumes
based on the job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews
between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an updated candidate database and track hiring progress.
Collect and manage resumes from multiple job portals and professional networks.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and provide feedback as required.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Deliver high-quality candidates under defined timelines.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make high-volume calls and manage end-to-end recruitment remotely.
Proficient with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and available for a
9-hour workday
