Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily

    candidate sourcing and calling

    to identify and engage potential hires.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes

    based on the job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews

    between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and track hiring progress.
  • Collect and manage resumes from multiple job portals and professional networks.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and provide feedback as required.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality candidates under defined timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience

    in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make high-volume calls and manage end-to-end recruitment remotely.
  • Proficient with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and available for a
