Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor and record daily expenses incurred by Global Field Engineers (travel, lodging, per diem, tools, etc.) Validate supporting documents and ensure compliance with internal reimbursement policies Process travel advances, reimbursements, and employee claims within defined timelines Coordinate with Field Engineers, regional teams, and HR to ensure timely data collection and validation Prepare monthly reports of FE expenses by region, project, and client Ensure accurate allocation of costs to respective cost centers, projects, and client billing structures Support client invoicing process by providing detailed expense breakdowns and documentation Reconcile multi-currency expense transactions and convert to reporting currency as needed Maintain records for audits, compliance, and tax requirements (including TDS/GST if applicable) Assist with budgeting and forecasting FE operational costs Liaise with payroll and finance teams for any payroll-linked disbursements or adjustments

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating efficient and scalable software. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and expand the capabilities of the manual test system for the acquisition software. Create and maintain CI/CD Pipelines, manual testing, and deployment processes. Design, develop, and execute Manual testing on Tool/Product. Responsible for writing test cases. Understand SEMI equipment tool control SW (robotics, motion systems, cameras, optical measurement equipment). Troubleshoot and debug test failures, analyse results, and report defects. Develop and maintain manual test scripts to streamline the testing process and increase our confidence with each release iteration. Identify key areas worth focusing on for testing to increase test coverage. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Document test results, findings, and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software quality assurance. Implement best practices to enhance the overall quality of our software products. Monitor and maintain test environments and build servers to ensure they are up-to-date and functional. Eligibility Criteria Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology Minimum 5 years of experience. Mandatory Skills: Manual testing on Tool/Product Testing cases generation SECS/GEM/EDA GUI Testing System Interlock check Smoke test, Regression test, Stress test + Deadlocks STLC Test Result Analysis, Documentation work Good to have: Semi Equipment Experience Recipe Management Wafer Movement/Scheduling Defect tracking CIP/Test Automation
