As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Perfect Software Solutions, your role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the timely hiring of quality talent to support the organizational growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while also building strong talent pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers to align workforce needs with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers for workforce planning and defining job requirements. - Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment database, providing hiring reports. - Ensure a positive candidate experience and coordinate smooth interview processes. - Negotiate offers and oversee pre-joining formalities. - Develop pipelines for future hiring needs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Skills & Competencies: - Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Strong skills in sourcing, assessment, and negotiation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in time management, multitasking, ATS, job portals, and MS Office tools. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and align with organizational objectives.
