Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Work on

  lateral hiring

  for IT / Technical / SAP roles across experience levels
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and social media

• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate fitment
• Coordinate with

  hiring managers

  for requirement understanding, interview scheduling, and feedback
• Maintain and update

  candidate trackers, MIS, and recruitment dashboards

• Ensure

  TAT adherence

  , quality hiring, and positive candidate experience
• Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and support onboarding process
• Handle bulk hiring / niche hiring based on business needs
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years

  of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong experience in

  IT / Technical / SAP hiring

  preferred
• Hands-on experience with

  job portals (Naukri mandatory)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage

  multiple requirements

  simultaneously
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
  

Education

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
