Job Description

Responsibilities: Production scheduling, manpower assignment and shopfloor discipline. Requirement: Must Have - Shop floor supervisor with exp in people management, prod scheduling, quality management system, cost management. Must Have -Knowledge of lean principle and its application. Team of 25 wage associates reporting to this person. Preferred industry Pharma or med preferrable. Else others can be considered. Comfortable with all shifts 7am – 3pm / 3pm – 11pm Preferrable diversity but not essential Job Description: The purpose of the Executive Manufacturing is to provide leadership to the manufacturing personnel of a line/area in order to accomplish the production goals, which include (but are not limited to) Safety, Quality, Volume and Cost. Job Responsibility: • The Line Supervisor is accountable for the overall results of the assigned line / area. • Ensures production flow, on-time resolving manufacturing issues and adherence to production orders and schedules. • Ensures the operational execution in assigned line/area is in compliance with external regulations and internal standards/procedures. • Handles all aspects of managing personnel including hiring and termination of associates. Ensures discipline of manufacturing staff/associates • Ensures and drives enhancements towards a Culture of Quality, Compliance, Safety and Continuous Improvement in the assigned area / line
