Job Title: National Sales Manager (NSM) – Strategic Accounts Location: Noida Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Chief Sales Officer / Head of Sales Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead our Strategic Accounts division. This role is pivotal in driving B2B sales, fostering long-term relationships with builders, developers, and brokers, and achieving national sales targets across key regions. The ideal candidate will have over 18 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record in strategic account management and business development. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management : Oversee and nurture relationships with high-value clients, including developers, builders, and brokers. B2B Sales Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2B segment. Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the real estate market. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and to identify areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences. Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management. Qualifications & Experience MBA must Minimum of 18 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing strategic accounts. Proven track record in B2B sales and strategic account management within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Show more Show less
