Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position Bachelor's degree in mechanical /Diploma Mechanical with a blend of professional experience that ensure success in the role. 3+ years' work experience with tool or product design for automotive industry in one or more of the following operations: molding (cast, injection or blow molding). Have a solid ability with CAD (CREO Parametric/Solid Works preferred), construction and process verification and DFM (Design For Manufacturability principles.)
