We value diversity and aim to connect with talented individuals worldwide, providing you with various opportunities for personal and professional growth. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of business in India, with the option to be based in either Hyderabad or Pune. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and direct sales activities in India to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing, and selling cost objectives - Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with key accounts to enhance brand value - Manage and improve sales of Vitamins and Carotenoids products in the Animal Nutrition Market - Support the Business Head, South Asia in steering business operations efficiently - Collaborate with R&D, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure effective communication with customers - Develop market intelligence to pursue growth opportunities and deepen market penetration - Nurture direct key accounts and Distributor Management to optimize the distribution network - Collect and provide market information/requirements to the organization - Build lasting customer relationships to identify business trends and anticipate market needs - Develop a strong opportunity pipeline for existing/new products by identifying new customers and pursuing new applications **Qualifications Required:** - B V Sc & AH with Specialization in Animal Nutrition or Bachelor of Science with relevant industry experience - 8 to 12 years of experience in the feed supplement & animal nutrition industry - Techno-commercial individual with excellent competencies in customer focus, communication skills, and business orientation - Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools effectively If you are a techno-commercial individual with a strong market and business orientation, along with the ability to effectively use MS Office, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools, this role offers you the opportunity to drive business growth in India and contribute to our sustainable future.,
