National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  national sales strategies

  to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of

  regional sales managers and executives

• Drive sales for

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare and present

  sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or MBA in Marketing (preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  8–12 years

  in healthcare/pharma sales.
• Proven track record in

  infection control, CSSD, or medical devices

  .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
