About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and align hiring plans with business needs.
  • Generate and share regular reports on hiring metrics, pipeline status, and recruitment performance.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labour laws.
  • Participate in campus drives, walk-in drives, and job fairs to enhance the company’s talent pool.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably IT/Tech or SaaS roles).
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.
