Job Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct

    strategic & target sourcing

    to attract specialized talent.
  • Develop and maintain a

    strong talent pipeline

    for future project needs.
  • Identify and recruit

    BIM, Estimation, Engineering & Project Management profiles

    .
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate technical evaluation.
  • Drive

    offer negotiation

    and ensure smooth hiring closure.
  • Maintain recruitment

    data, reports, and ATS records

    accurately.
  • Stay updated with

    construction industry talent trends

    and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrate understanding of

    BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)

    and

    estimation workflows

    to accurately screen profiles.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in

    Talent Acquisition within the Construction industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    construction job roles, workflows & technical terminology

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Full Cycle Recruitment & ATS platforms

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Ability to work both

    independently

    and in a

    collaborative team environment

    .
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration

    , or related field.
  • Established professional network within the construction/consulting industry.
  • Experience with

    construction project staffing models

    , BIM hiring, or technical recruitment.
  • HR Certifications will be an added advantage.
