Ensure tests are conducted only after job is fullyready avoid premature offers or repeated attempts. 5. Mark and isolate jobs pending NDT prevent them fromproceeding to next stage until cleared. 6. Coordinate with third-party agencies for witnessing andapproval where needed. 7. Maintain NDT reports, maps, and traceability documentsin proper formats linked to job ID, weld ID, operator ID, and shift. 8. Escalate repeat failures, inconsistent readings, ortest rejections to QC Lead and Welding Expert for investigation. 9. Monitor equipment calibration, validity of NDT agencyapprovals, and Level II/III certification documents. 10. Provideinspection data during client audits and walkdowns; support QA in maintainingNDT records in ISO or client formats. 11. Supporttraining of junior QC staff on NDT interpretation and reporting discipline. Role & responsibilities 1) Should report to RCM at site. 2) Responsible for planning of execution and its implementation as per schedule. 3) Responsible for Completion of erection & Commissioning within timeframe. 4) Responsible for all erection activity of equipment, Super structures & Technological structure as per drawings & documents by using appropriate tools & tackles and by following all safety norms. 5) Responsible for preparing RA bills as per completion of erection work. 6) To check and certify contractor bills at site. 7) Proper communication with client & HO through mails or telephone. 8) To prepare monthly reports. 9) To attend meetings with client as and when required. 10) Arranging activity chart for each major contractor and report status for action, periodically. 11) Monitor project execution progress based on the actual Vs planned. 12) Sort-out labour problem immediately, if any. 13) Observing execution/Erection methodology at site, in terms of safety norms & work progress. 14) Maintaining professional demeanour with officials from client & with colleges.

Role & responsibilities Drive order booking and achieve sales targets aligned with the companys strategic plan. Formulate and execute sales strategies specific to the Bangalore region and industrial segments. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical/industrial/B2C/project sales, preferably in the HVAC, Cleanroom or EPC domain. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term business partnerships. Goal-oriented mindset with strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple stakeholders. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as per business needs. Familiarity with HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, or indstrial projects will be an added advantage.
