Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for volume/bulk positions, along footfall of daily walk in Source and attract talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals. Conduct initial screening of resumes. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates). Update database on daily basis, with utilization ATS. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of salary negotiations, and talent sourcing strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
