Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements for permanent / contract-to-hire positions. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Working Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
