About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various business units. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding the right talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles.
  • Utilize Boolean search and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent.

2. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period).
  • Coordinate technical assessments and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Share accurate and well-structured candidate profiles with hiring managers.

3. Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Schedule interviews with technical and business teams.
  • Maintain smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with stakeholders for timely feedback and next steps.

4. Offer Management

  • Discuss compensation, negotiate offers, and handle counter offers proactively.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure timely closure of selected candidates.

5. Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a professional, positive, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates until onboarding.

6. Reporting & ATS Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the ATS.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports (SLA, TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio).
  • Track hiring metrics to improve performance and efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sourcing abilities using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and advanced search techniques.
  • Good understanding of various IT/Non-IT roles.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • 1-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience in IT hiring.
