Experienced
. You have a successful track record in high-volume or specialized sourcing
in a corporate or agency environment. You have expert knowledge of candidate identification and preliminary screening. You have experience with technology tools and digital platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Naukri Recruiter
, LinkedIn Recruiter
, and other sourcing extensions.Relationship Builder
. Whether working with candidates or the Recruiters you support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical searches, delivering feedback, and managing workflow. You possess strong consulting, influencing, and engagement skills.Organized Communicator
. Youre organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, and drive for desired results. You can craft effective messaging to attract talent in a competitive market.
