Job Role: Supply Chain Consultant Job Mode: Hybrid Job Type: Full time Location: Pune Experience: 3 - 5 years Walk-in: Attend F2F interview on 17th May 2025 at Pune location Roles and Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives and stakeholders to identify business needs and challenges in supply chain processes (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory, demand forecasting, and fulfilment). Design, configure, and implement tailored supply chain solutions using best-in-class technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud SCM, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis RapidResponse) Conduct post-implementation reviews, delivering recommendations for ongoing process optimization and enhancement. Help clients develop and execute strategies to achieve continuous improvement, leveraging analytics and automation for greater operational efficiency. Provide ongoing client support and ensure clients are well-equipped to maximize the value of the implemented solution. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and collaborate with other practice areas to optimize service delivery. Education and Experience Bachelors or master’s degree in supply chain management or related field. MBA or other advanced certifications is a plus. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics. Proficiency in designing and configuring supply chain modules, understanding data flows, and implementing enterprise software solutions. Knowledge of system integration (API, EDI) and cloud-based supply chain applications. Good to have industry tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making. Strong project management skills with expertise in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable results. APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar industry-recognized certifications. Good to have PMP or any relevant project management certifications.
