About the Role:

SAP Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for SAP project teams.
Remove roadblocks and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the SAP team.
Manage sprint backlog and ensure alignment with overall SAP project roadmap.
Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams involved in SAP implementations or upgrades.
Communicate effectively with product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery managers.
Ensure SAP project artifacts and documentation comply with agile standards.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
Experience managing
SAP projects
.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Familiarity with tools like
Jira
,
Azure DevOps
, or
Rally
.
Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle (blueprint, realization, testing, go-live).
