We are expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, follow up on receivables, and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense control measures.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Implement accounting policies and improve financial processes and systems.
• Handle payroll processing, PF/ESI compliance, and employee reimbursements.
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Proactively manage risk, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• Proven experience as Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant.
