IT Recruiter

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various levels. This includes understanding client or internal hiring requirements, creating suitable sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and evaluating candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various levels. - Understand client or internal hiring requirements and create suitable sourcing strategies. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit and experience. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate data and daily reports of hiring activities. - Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Emphasize on organic sourcing to meet recruitment needs efficiently. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and timelines. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Good time management and multitasking ability.
