Marketing Automation Specialist

to lead end-to-end execution of data-driven marketing programs across customer engagement channels. In this role, you will be responsible for building automated journeys, audience segmentation, and personalized communications that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in advanced marketing automation platforms and a strong technical understanding of campaign orchestration and performance optimization.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle campaigns, and digital communication operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize automated customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and upsell motions.Develop targeted audience segments and implement dynamic content personalization to improve campaign relevance and performance.Create and manage automated workflows, triggers, and real-time communications within a marketing automation platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, analytics, and sales—to enhance campaign strategy and targeting logic.Build responsive email templates and digital assets using HTML/CSS while ensuring brand consistency and high deliverability.Analyze campaign data, measure impact using performance metrics, and implement improvements to maximize engagement and conversion.Maintain clean and structured customer data for segmentation, reporting, and execution.Troubleshoot technical issues related to data flows, integrations, and automation logic.

Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in advanced marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).Expertise with automation workflows, multi-step journeys, and segmentation frameworks.Proficiency with personalization scripting (e.g., AMPscript or equivalent).Solid HTML/CSS skills for template development and responsive email design.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
