This role is for one of our clients Industry: Staffing and Recruiting Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We’re looking for a proactive and seasoned Senior Talent Partner to lead our talent acquisition and HR partnership efforts specifically for our Sales and Technology teams. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce by driving strategic hiring, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives that fuel our growth and innovation. Working closely with business leaders, you will blend strategic advisory with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional talent experiences and build a high-impact, diverse team. What You’ll Do Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with sales and tech leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of high performance. End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and IT/tech roles — from defining job requirements and sourcing candidates to interviewing and closing offers. Talent Pipeline Development: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools to proactively build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Targeted Hiring Strategies: Develop and implement innovative hiring approaches tailored to the unique needs of sales and technical teams. Employee Experience & Relations: Provide expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution to support a positive workplace environment. HR Program Execution: Partner with leadership to roll out talent management, engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives that promote organizational growth. Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting for continuous improvement. Data-Driven Insights: Use recruitment and workforce analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. Who You Are 3–7 years of solid experience in recruitment and HR business partnering, with a focus on sales and technology hiring. Demonstrated expertise managing full life cycle recruitment and talent sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Deep understanding of the sales and IT/tech talent market and how to align hiring plans with evolving business needs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across all organizational levels. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven HR and recruitment decisions. Proficient in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Show more Show less
