About the Role:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
• Create engaging job descriptions and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
• Maintain a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 57 years of technical recruiting experience in IT/Product/Engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, etc.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever , Gem etc).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
