Senior Talent Partner

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring across multiple geographies. This role partners with global hiring manager and HR teams to attract high-quality talent, while ensuring excellent candidate experience and alignment to local compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding for technical, corporate and leadership roles across India and global markets.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and high-volume hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, HR Operations and HR Shared Services teams to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Work collaboratively with these teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end employee lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks and sourcing strategies for different regions.
• Leverage multiple channelsLinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, industry networks, and social mediato identify and engage passive talent globally.
• Promote Synamedia’s employer brand in international markets through creative campaigns and participation in events such as hackathons and career fairs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular hiring metrics and dashboards.
• Share best practices across regions to drive process consistency and candidate experience

Skills Required

• 4-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including international hiring India and one of these APAC/EMEA/NAM for technology or media/telecom industries.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance sourcing efficiency, identify passive candidates, and predict talent availability across markets. Utilize generative AI platforms for personalized candidate engagement, intelligent resume matching, and automated talent mapping.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, sourcing strategies and cultural nuances.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders across time zones.
• Knowledge of global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional HR certification is an advantage.
