Senior Talent Partner

As a Senior Talent Partner at ReBIT, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various complex roles. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive sourcing plans to attract the right talent, mentoring the TA team to enhance talent pool research strategy, and working closely with hiring managers to fulfil their hiring needs. Additionally, you will actively participate in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies, demonstrate data integrity to influence hiring decisions, and generate insights from recruitment matrices to make data-driven decisions. By positioning the organization in the right direction and building meaningful relationships with key teams internally, you will contribute to strengthening the brand value in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle for complex roles - Design and implement comprehensive sourcing plans - Mentor TA team for talent pool research strategy - Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil hiring needs - Participate in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies - Demonstrate data integrity for influencing hiring decisions - Generate insights from recruitment matrices - Build meaningful relationships with internal teams Qualifications: - 6-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with stakeholder management and sourcing - Senior level experience in full-cycle recruiting - Experience in recruiting in the India market for BFSI domain preferred - Consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers - Deep experience in RCA and willingness to ask questions - Experience in team elevation and collaboration - Curiosity about the software industry - Experience in using data to support market insights Education: - BTech/MCA/MBA in HR or equivalent In addition to competitive compensation, ReBIT offers a variety of perks and benefits including health coverage, term coverage, and opportunities to support projects of National cause for the country.
