Position Overview:
The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) is responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of central banking enterprise products, projects, and services using the Enterprise Platform hosted Cloud or On-Prem infrastructures. This executive plays a critical leadership role in aligning delivery objectives with strategic business goals, advancing global standards & best practices across domain and technology, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving excellence in quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency. The CDO collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and centre of excellences to scale delivery frameworks, enhance execution capabilities, strengthen governance and drive continuous improvement across all engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Spearhead the planning, execution, and governance of all client and internal deliveries, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Technology Integration: Embed advanced digital technologies, AI, ML, RPA and automation solutions to transform traditional delivery ecosystems into future-ready platforms.
- AI-Driven Insights: Drive data-centric decision-making by implementing AI/ML-powered reporting and analytics across delivery pipelines for real-time risk management and forecasting.
- Customer Success & Engagement: Foster a culture of customer engagement by ensuring proactive communication, value creation, and sustained delivery excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with technology, product, and business leaders to ensure delivery is seamless, scalable, and strategically aligned.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes through Agile/DevOps frameworks, and ensure delivery SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics are met.
- Talent & Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery and technology teams, focusing on upskilling around AI competencies and innovation through dedicated Centre of Excellence and best-practice frameworks.
- Strategic Visioning: Provide visionary leadership to evolve delivery capabilities in line with emerging technologies, global standards & best practices, market shifts, and customer expectations.
- Financial Oversight: Own delivery-related financial planning, forecasting, and budget management. Partner with Finance and Business leadership to align delivery performance with financial goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 23-28 years of experience in delivery, operations, or consulting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale project or service delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with enterprise clients, digital transformation projects, or SaaS delivery (if applicable).
- Proven understanding of emerging technologies, with a strong grasp of AI, automation, cloud ecosystems, and data-driven innovation to future-proof delivery models and foster competitive advantage.

- All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
