We're currently developing an ambitious unannounced IP powered by Unreal Engine. Our mission is to blend cutting-edge visuals with intuitive design to create unforgettable gameplay for players around the world. Role Overview We're hiring a Senior Talent Partner with mandatory gaming industry experience and a strong command over technical recruitment . You'll be responsible for building high-performing engineering, tech, and cross-functional teams by partnering closely with hiring managers and studio leadership. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of game development, and is passionate about hiring talent that pushes creative and technical boundaries. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle hiring for critical technical roles: gameplay engineers, backend, Unreal/C++ developers, tools engineers, and more Collaborate with hiring managers and discipline leads to define hiring needs and success metrics Own sourcing strategies and pipelines for niche gaming talent Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with transparency and speed Drive recruiting operations: dashboards, reporting, and process improvements Partner on employer branding initiatives targeting the global gaming community Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed Must-Have Qualifications 6–9 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years in the gaming industry Proven expertise in hiring for technical roles in game development Strong understanding of game dev pipelines, tools (Unreal), and gaming org structures Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (keka, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Why Join Lightfury Games as a TA Partner?
