About the position:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional looking to join our team as a Marketing Automation Specialist. This hybrid role blends hands-on execution with cross-functional coordination and data-driven decision-making. It’s ideal for someone who is confident working with data, comfortable communicating across teams, and has a strong understanding of business processes.
You will be trained on how to use the Adobe Marketo platform and our very own AI driven tools in order for you to coordinate and execute strategic marketing campaigns. Your ability to manage projects, communicate clearly, and maintain a high level of organization will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & Email Campaigns
Support local marketing teams in developing campaigns that align with business objectives, while bringing a strategic mindset to the planning and execution process.
Help local marketers create campaigns aligned with business needs. To have the strategic approach/mindset
Document and maintain standardized campaign procedures and workflows.
Collaborate with design, content, and local marketing teams to ensure high-quality output
Support database maintenance and cleansing processes.
Provide support and troubleshoot issues
Project Management & Strategic Coordination
Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing automation initiatives
Act as point of contact for campaign-related timelines, status updates, and issue resolution.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and process improvements. (Turn business goals into technical solutions and optimized processes.)
Use data to monitor progress and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Stay current on AI trends and tools to support innovation in marketing automation.
What You'll Need:
Interest in AI-driven tools and marketing innovation.
High level of English (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with confidence working with large sets of data.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Comfortable leading conversations, sharing ideas, and engaging with global stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Background in B2B sales or working with sales teams
Experience using HTML and CMS tools like WordPress.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Experience working with Salesforce, or any other CRM System, including reports, flows, permissions, and custom objects.
