Description
We are seeking a Learning Advisor/Customer Advisor (Italian) to become a part of the Learning Consultant team situated in Mauritius. As a proficient communicator with strong oral and written skills in English and native or fluent in Italian, you will play a crucial role at goFLUENT. In direct interaction with our learners, you will ensure they receive the best learning experience while providing valuable feedback to our trainers, Product, and Service teams. At goFLUENT, our Customer Service approach is exceptional, characterized by empathy and a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences daily. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing expertise in our products and services to effectively guide new learners through goFLUENT Training - Ensuring an optimal learning journey for learners by addressing their expectations and efficiently resolving any concerns they may encounter - Responding to learner inquiries across various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Facilitating smooth communication with internal teams - Proactively optimizing internal procedures, enhancing response quality, and soliciting learner feedback This role is ideal for individuals who excel in Italian communication, possess prior customer support experience, exhibit empathy, and excel in problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, organizational skills, responsiveness, sincerity, and autonomy are valued traits. Proficiency in Mandarin, spoken and written, would be advantageous in assisting Chinese learners.
