Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for Enjen AI’s AI-powered products and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of paid advertising platforms, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI—especially in B2B SaaS and enterprise markets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Strategy

· Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

· Plan and manage budget allocation for paid campaigns to achieve business objectives.

2. Campaign Management

· Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.

· Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

3. Analytics & Reporting

· Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Ads Manager, and attribution tools.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

4. Funnel Optimization

· Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting landing pages.

· Optimize customer acquisition funnels for better conversion rates.

5. Audience & Retargeting

· Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.

· Leverage first-party data for advanced targeting and personalization.

6. Budget & ROI Management

· Ensure campaigns deliver target ROAS and maintain profitability.

· Forecast and manage monthly ad spend effectively.


Additional B2B-Focused Responsibilities

· LinkedIn Ads & ABM Campaigns: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting decision-makers in enterprise accounts.

· Lead Quality Optimization: Focus on generating high-quality B2B leads that convert into enterprise deals, not just volume.

· Industry-Specific Targeting: Create campaigns tailored for verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail) using intent-based targeting.

· Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) meet agreed criteria and support pipeline acceleration.

· Content Collaboration: Partner with content marketing to develop whitepapers, case studies, and webinars for lead nurturing.

· CRM Integration: Ensure seamless integration of campaign data with HubSpot/Zoho CRM for lead tracking and attribution.

· Event & Webinar Promotion: Drive registrations for virtual events, demos, and product webinars through paid campaigns.

· Global Expansion: Plan campaigns for international markets, considering localization and compliance.


Required Qualifications

· 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

· Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.

· Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.


Skills & Tools

· Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.

· Analytics: GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, attribution tools.

· Optimization: A/B testing tools, heatmaps, CRO tools.

· Automation: HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM integrations.


KPIs

· ROAS: Achieve target return on ad spend across channels.

· Lead Generation: X MQLs per month from paid campaigns.

· Conversion Rate: Improve landing page conversion by Y%.

· Cost Efficiency: Reduce CPA by Z% over baseline.

· Enterprise Pipeline Impact: % of marketing-sourced revenue from B2B campaigns.
