This role involves managing end-to-end accounting processes, vendor and customer reconciliation, and providing actionable financial insights directly to the founder. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in e-commerce or cloud kitchen management will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting and Bookkeeping o Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, invoicing, inventory management, purchases, ledgers, and reconciliations. 2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) o Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers on all accounting-related matters. 3. E-Commerce Reconciliation o Handle sales reconciliation with platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, and other online aggregators. 4. MIS Reporting o Prepare and present detailed MIS and financial reports to the management, highlighting key financial trends and variances. 5. Compliance Coordination o Collaborate with external consultants to ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. 6.
