Position: Human Resources Executive

Location: Noida

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (5 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home)

Experience: 2–3 years in HR (preferably in a D2C brand)

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Executive to join our growing team. This role will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to build a high-performing and values-aligned organization.

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer roll-outs
• Work closely with the Founder to understand team needs and hire for both junior and senior roles
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Organize in-house activities, monthly celebrations, and employee engagement events
• Support in building a strong, inclusive company culture
• Assist in drafting HR policies and communication

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Coordinate with accounts team for accurate and timely payroll inputs

4. HR Operations

• Maintain employee database and documentation
• Support in performance review cycles and feedback sessions
• Assist with resolving basic employee queries

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a D2C/startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Comfortable using basic HR tools and spreadsheets
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Based in Noida (non-negotiable)
