🌱 We’re Hiring: Pastry Chefs (Commi 2 / Commi 1 / DCDP) – The Cinnamon Kitchen

The Cinnamon Kitchen is looking for talented and passionate Pastry Chefs to join our growing team across multiple levels – Commi 2, Commi 1, and DCDP. If you have experience in the bakery or pastry kitchen and are excited to explore the world of plant-based, gluten-free baking, this is a wonderful opportunity to work with one of India’s most loved clean-label brands.

📍 Location: Sector 80, Noida

🕒 Schedule: On-site role with 6 weekly offs per month

Who We’re Looking For:

• Skilled and enthusiastic chefs with professional experience in pastry or bakery operations
• Open to learning and experimenting with millet-based, plant-forward, and refined sugar-free recipes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

Open Positions:

• Commi 2 – 1–2 years of experience
• Commi 1 – 2–4 years of experience
• DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) – 4+ years of experience and leadership capability
