Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  paid campaigns

  across

  Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms

  .
• Strategize and manage

  lead generation campaigns

  specifically for

  online and distance education programs

  .
• Optimize campaigns to achieve

  target CPL, CAC, and ROI

  benchmarks.
• Manage high-volume

  monthly budgets

  effectively across multiple programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for

  creative strategy, landing page optimization, and A/B testing

  .
• Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and present

  performance reports

  to leadership teams.
• Work with

  CRM and automation teams

  to enhance

  lead quality, nurturing, and conversions

  .
• Stay updated on

  competitor campaigns

  (Amity, Manipal, Jaipuria, ICFAI, Manav Rachna, etc.) and industry trends to ensure performance excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10 years of experience in

  performance marketing

  for

  EdTech / online higher education

  brands.
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads

  .
• Proven track record of achieving

  lead generation and enrollment goals

  in the online education space.
• Expertise in

  analytics and tracking tools

  – Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.
• Strong understanding of

  student acquisition funnels

  and

  conversion optimization

  .
• Experience in managing

  large media budgets

  and delivering measurable ROI.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
