Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business insights, or CLM roles in B2C companies. Expert in Excel/Sheets. Bonus if you know Python or R. Proven track record of working with CRM or retention teams to drive business impact. Obsessed with customer behavior and solving real-world problems through data. Comfortable working with ambiguity and breaking down open-ended questions into hypotheses and tests. Build monthly content calendars with strong narrative arcs and timely cultural hooks. Identify content gaps and opportunities aligned with brand and campaign goals. 2) Copywriting & Creative Development Write compelling long-form (blogs, emailers, scripts) and short-form (reels, captions, banners) content. Collaborate with design and video teams to bring content concepts to life. 3) Influencer Content Curation Ideate and script influencer-led content that feels authentic, engaging, and on-brand. Review influencer submissions to ensure message clarity and consistency. Co-create with influencers by giving strong briefs, guardrails, and feedback loops. 4) Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with external content creators, agencies, and influencers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Be the glue between internal brand teams and external partners driving alignment from brief to publish. 5) Content Performance & Data Thinking Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, conversions) across platforms. Sharp understanding of platform behaviors what works on reels, what drives engagement on LinkedIn, etc. Experience working with or managing influencer collaborations. Comfort with basic analytics (Meta insights, Instagram stats, YouTube Studio, or Google Analytics). Curious, analytical mindset with a desire to continuously improve content outcomes.
