Associate Analyst - Pricing

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and share

  daily business reports and MIS dashboards

  with high accuracy and consistency.
• Perform

  data analysis

  on pricing, demand-supply trends, and performance metrics to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Work closely with the pricing team to

  alter and update rates

  based on business needs, market dynamics, and demand-supply signals.
• Track, validate and maintain pricing changes across systems to ensure

  accuracy and timely execution

  .
• Provide

  insights and recommendations

  to improve pricing efficiency and overall business outcomes.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements to streamline reporting and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams Operations, Product, and Growth to align pricing actions with broader business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Highly proficient in

  Microsoft Excel

  with the ability to handle

  large datasets

  efficiently and accurately.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with complex business data.
• A strong communicator who can translate data findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Proactive in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data.
• Organized and methodical, with a strong sense of ownership for accuracy and timeliness.
• Flexible and adaptive to dynamic business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate degree in engineering or any other streams that involved a mathematical curriculum.
• 13 years of experience in

  Business Analysis, Pricing, or MIS Reporting

  roles.
• Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, etc.), SQL Query, Power BI or similar tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Prior experience in a high-growth or data-driven business environment preferred.
