Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple tech-enabled business initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear program roadmaps for the Tech team.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and interdependencies across projects.
• Track and report program progress, outcomes, and KPIs to leadership.
• Ensure smooth communication between tech and business teams.
• Drive adoption of new tools and features across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA/PGDM is preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business-technology roles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and tech-driven business processes.
• Hands-on experience with program/project management tools.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in mobility, transport, logistics, or aggregator platforms is a plus.
