Design &Technical Consultation: Create innovative and practical design solutions for Nuance panels, Fenesta doors &windows, and Kronotex flooring based on project requirements. Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software to create detailed drawings andlayouts. Provide technical guidance on product specifications, material selection, andinstallation feasibility. Conduct site visits to take measurements and ensure accurate execution of designs.2. Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities by engaging with architects, interiordesigners, builders, and contractors. Present and demonstrate Nuance, Fenesta, and Kronotex products, explaining theirbenefits and applications. Prepare and share customized quotations based on client requirements. Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profit margins and customersatisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensurerepeat business. Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve technical issuesefficiently.
