Job Title: Business Head Exports (Agri Commodities) Location: Kolkata Reports To: Managing Director Experience Required: Minimum 15+years in Agri commodities exports, with at least 5 to 10 years in a Business Head role managing P&L Job Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Head Exports to lead their Agri commodities international business operations, with full ownership of the P&L. The role demands a strategic leader capable of driving business expansion across South East Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, forging strong partnerships, and developing scalable business strategies for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the P&L for the Exports Division, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand into new international markets, focusing on South East Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. - Identify and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry and strengthen the distribution network. - Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. - Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team across geographies, aligning them with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, compliance, and marketing to ensure end-to-end alignment. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the export business. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, policies, and quality standards. - Represent the company at international trade shows, industry forums, and with key global stakeholders. Key Requirements: - Any Graduate, MBA preferred. - 15+ years of experience in exports and international business, with minimum 5 to 10 years in a senior leadership role managing full P&L responsibilities. - Proven track record in international market development and scaling up businesses across geographies. - Strong network and understanding of trade dynamics in South East Asia, Middle East, and North Africa. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
