As Process Commissioning Engineer, he / she is responsible for:Installation Qualification (I/Q)Operational Qualification support (O/Q)Documentation management (including updating) for his / her areasPerformance Qualification support (P/Q)Customer trainingThe Process Commissioning Engineer has overall responsibility and is answerable for all commissioning activities in relation to his / her specific assignment. He / she is responsible for implementing the energies, utilities for powering MCC panels and control cabinets. He / she is responsible for the instrumentation setup and he / she troubleshoots any mechanical, hydraulic, thermal and electrical failure. He / she is responsible for starting the plants up including the utilities and for checking that the contractual performances are met from physical and process standpoints.He / she is accountable for enabling the customer to start their first production with a plant cleaned, sterile (if required) and secured (qualified) from a process perspective.He / she supports the software engineer during operational (functional) qualification (OQ) and the customer during their performances qualification (PQ) and train the operators.The Process Commissioning Engineer attends any meeting on the Commissioning Team Leader demand.He / she proceeds with weekly commissioning reviews and sends a weekly report to the Commissioning Team Leader.He / she is responsible for providing him / her with his / her final commissioning report before leaving site. Role & responsibilities Generation of layout and general arrangement drawingsCreation of 3D models, assemblies, Drawings, Bill of material (BOM) & customer specific designs.Maintain Material library records and update the materials library files as and when needed in PLMPrepare SOP for design and CAD activities, improve efficiency and quality of design and drafting.Preferred candidate profile Experience with design of industrial equipment preferred.Working experience of large assemblies, Standard Modeling, Standard Drawing, GD&T, Sheet metal, Frame maker, Routine, i-parts, i-assemblies, Metal Forming processes, etc. on Autodesk inventor.Well versed with PLM systems.
