Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure sales and pre-sales customer experience (CX) parameters align with established benchmarks to deliver superior customer satisfaction. 4. Future Sales Planning: Strategize for upcoming sales cycles (N+1 month) while anticipating industry trends and identifying growth opportunities. Formulate competitive strategies to outperform rivals and create a strong regional presence. 5. Financial Optimization: Manage interest costs by maintaining stock levels below 30 days and optimize sales expenses, including market discounts. Monitor sales break-even (SBE) to ensure profitability. 6. Accessories and Allied Sales: Drive the sale of accessories to enhance revenue streams and complement the core product portfolio. 7. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor team to ensure effective execution of strategies. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. 8. Territory Management and Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with territories based on their potential and performance. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize regional outcomes.
