Whats the Mission of the role?
As an HR Business Partner, youll be the bridge between business strategy and people excellence, partnering with Sales, Service, Engineering & Design, and Operations to: • Enable high performance and growth, • Build future-ready capabilities, • Shape an inclusive, high-performance culture. With rapid growth across India, Europe, America, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, this role demands more than just strong HR operations. You’ll be a trusted copilot to business and functional leaders, actively driving the people agenda and unlocking talent potential. This isn’t HR from the sidelines. It’s HR in action—on the shopfloor, in business reviews, and at the heart of engineering better products and building stronger teams.
What You Will Do? Business partnership: • Translate business goals into people actions and solutions with execution plan • Partner on workforce planning, career pathing, and individual development planning Capability Building: • Build future-ready skills: solution selling, consultative selling, design thinking, cross cultural awareness, and problem solving • Co-own competency frameworks and develop assessments for technical and managerial roles Performance & Development • Champion a performance-driven culture by facilitating fair, insight-driven reviews • Enable managers to coach, guide, and grow their teams People Engagement and Culture: • Embed yourself within our business verticals to understand their pulse, pain points, potential and possibilities. • Support reward and recognition programs that balance impact with inspiration. • Lead people interventions during change initiatives—be it digitization, new process rollouts, or structural transformations HR Program Delivery: • Collaborate with COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, C&B) to deliver seamless hiring, learning, and reward interventions • Leverage HR data and dashboards to drive people decisions and accountability.

You're likely a great fit if you are: • A business-oriented HR professional with a strong bias for action • 8–12 years into your HRBP journey, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or B2B settings • Experienced in performance management, training design, OD, and workforce planning • Equally comfortable on the shop floor and in strategic leadership discussions • Passionate about building culture, simplifying processes, and being hands-on • Disciplined with systems, metrics, and process thinking • Deeply aware of how business value chains work • Someone who learns from failure, thinks from first principles, and influences without authority • Obsessed with solving customer (internal or external) problems through people.
