Senior React Developer

Job Title: Senior React Developer( Front end) Position Overview: As a React Developer, you will be at the forefront of building responsive and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces. This role requires a strong problem-solver who can deliver clean, efficient code and contribute to the overall development strategy of our frontend architecture Years of Experience: 4+ yrs of experience in tech (4.6 yrs in development) Education: BTech, MCA Location: Bangalore, Work from Office Candidate should meet the following criteria: SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 5 years Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100 Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring responsive and interactive user experiences. Optimize application performance, focusing on speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous improvement in the development process. Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features. Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle. Experience in developing responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS). Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn. Proficiency with version control systems like Git. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching. ***Mandatory SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 5 years Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100 Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team Should see themselves going deeper into the same role even 5 years down the line Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
