Regional Coordinator IT Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ Years Job Description: The Regional Coordinator IT (RCIT) is responsible for harmonised and standardised IT Incident and demand management within the responsible region (AMER, APAC, EMEA). The RCIT collects requirements from subsidiaries within the region, clarifies these with other subsidiaries in order to communicate them in a standardised manner with other RCIT and in the direction of HQ to give the IT requirements of the subsidiaries the same weighting than the requirements in the HQ. The RCIT also supports incidents as a contract for central IT and 1st level support for Local Coordinators from subsidiaries within the region. RCIT is also part of the IT Strategy Team. Responsibilities: Establishing global IT Standards within the region Identifying synergies in region and support implementation 1st level contact for global IT (defining requirements, supporting tickets of Local Coordinators) 1st level support for Local Coordinators for incidents and new requirements Strengthening the knowledge in Business Applications and IT infrastructure within the region Supporting Local Coordinators to define and submit new requirements at HQ - harmonised with other Local Coordinators within the region Maintaining information flow and securing knowledge transfer between sites in region and HQ Supporting change management and regional exchange Supporting regional and local IT projects triggered by HQ Collecting and bundling regional application, process and infrastructure requirements Coordinating and commissioning of required IT resources in consultation with central IT Assigning Specialists and Local Coordinators in transporting application and infrastructure standards into region of responsibility and force cross regional adoption Required Qualification, Skills and experience Completed degree in economics with experience in international controlling or comparable training combined with 5+ Years of relevant professional experience.
