Job Description

Position - Project Architect Location - Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: Planning & Design : Create and present initial plans and sketches to check if a project can fit into the available land. Also, prepare building area details and compare them with industry standards. Drawings & Documentation : Make updated drawings (as-built) for existing buildings and collect all drawings from different teams. Store all design files properly in both digital and paper formats. Coordination & Marketing Support : Work with design consultants to make marketing plans for new buildings based on leasing team needs. Site Support & Supervision : Help the site team by providing necessary drawings, checking site work for mistakes, and solving design-related questions during construction. Audits, Reports & Estimates : Plan regular quality and safety audits, review reports from contractors, prepare estimates and Bills of Materials (BOM), and ensure correct data is shared with management. Key skills and experience required: Should have worked in Tech Park with developers for managing Real estate developments. Should have worked independently in handling Projects of 1 million sft. Technology & Process oriented. Should be a Graduate in Architecture & Master Planning would be an added advantage. Should be computer literate and tech savvy.
