Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing the design and development of architectural projects, preparing submittals, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing construction activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Project Management
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools would be a plus

• Familiarity with Submittals and documentation processes
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is essential to be considered
• Professional licensure ie COA registration / in process of registeration as an architect is a requirement
